*PLEASE NOTE: Our room is a retail space, centered within an apartment complex. We have to keep sound levels appropriate for the surrounding community. This is not the House of Blues! Imagine you are putting on a concert in the living room of a home. We generally only accept acoustic ensembles. Light amplification is allowed, depending on instrumentation. We will do our best to accommodate you and will reach out to discuss your needs.
Events & Concerts

Avenue holds space for music performances, open mic nights, food and wine tastings, & more.

Events are ticketed, displayed on the homepage of the website, and promoted to our email list & social media.
​
There's no upfront rental fee for booking an event/concert. Instead, the house keeps the first $100 of ticket sales and pays out 70% of the remaining ticket sales to the artist.

Private Parties
Do you need event venue to hold a private party?

Avenue holds space for birthdays, baby showers, bridal showers, workshops, and more!
​
Rental rate is $150 per hour: including event setup, main event, and teardown.
​
We can accommodate parties up to 60 people.
